Site Guidelines

Our most important rule is to have fun! These guidelines are set out to ensure everybody has a safe and enjoyable stay with us. Please do speak to us with any concerns.

 

• For your safety, the speed limit on the site is strictly 5 mph

 

• Check in is between 2pm and 7pm. On day of departure, please vacate your pitch before 12 midday.

• For Fire regulations, please follow the 6m rule when pitching.

• Electrical hook ups operate 240V at 10 AMPs. Do not exceed. Contact reception with any queries involving your hook up and do not attempt to open the hook up box. For safety, only the designated pitch may use the hook up allocated to them and must not share this with any other visitors or pitches.

• Electric vehicle charging is not allowed on pitches. Please see reception for charging options.

• This is a quiet site, please avoid making noise early and late in the day, especially after 10pm. We reserve the right to ask noisy parties to move on and will ask persons making noise which disturbs others, to reduce their activity.

 

• We request you use our recycling system for your waste. Please sort into:
  • Paper/Cardboard/Glass/ Tins and cans/ plastic 
  • General Waste

 

• Please avoid using outside lights overnight, as these may disturb your fellow campers.

 

• We love children and welcome them to site, but please be aware we have no facilities for them to play.  There is a wonderful play park just a short walk away in Marazion. Please supervise all young children for their safety, accompanying them to use the facilities where appropriate. Please refrain from ball games and cycling on site

 

• BBQs are welcome but please ensure they are raised from the ground. We have blocks at the office, please ask. Dispose of your charcoal/briquettes in the appropriate bin and note the fire safety equipment provided. We cannot allow campfires on site.

 

• By making your booking or enquiry, you are agreeing to our site guidelines and providing us with information to contact you regarding your stay.
