Booking your pitch correctly -Caravans

Find here some useful information regarding your booking requirements.

We will choose the most suitable pitch for your requirements at the time of booking, and we use the information provided to pitch you correctly. If your requirements change before you arrive, you must let us know, as it may invalidate the pitch requirements. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct information regarding your vehicle and pitch requirements.

Extra’s must be declared at time of booking. Any extra’s not declared will be added upon arrival and may incur a fee.

All pitches are grassed, marked and some are gently sloping. We do not have any hardstanding pitches.

LARGE TOWED  TWIN-AXLE CARAVANS with EHU

We are able to boast spacious pitches, but only a limited number are suitable for large vehicles due to weight and access restrictions.

A booking in this category is for a vehicle larger than 8 Meters and a maximum filled weight of 7.5 tonnes.

The standard pitch price for this booking is for 2 people, electric hook-up, one caravan with one standard sized

towing car and one canopy/porch awning.

Maximum number of people = 6

Any additional people will be charged as extras.  We cannot accept additional vehicles. We do not have any non-electric pitches suitable for this category. No concessions are available for this pitch.

Check in is between 2-7pm. Departure by 12 midday.

Children and dogs are welcome but must be aware of our site guidelines before booking.

We request due to fire regulation laws, that you pitch to the left of the pitch as shown in the diagram at the bottom of this page.

 

TOWED CARAVANS with EHU

A booking in this category is for a vehicle under 8 Meters.

The standard pitch price for this booking is for 2 people, electric hook-up, one caravan with one standard sized towing car and one canopy/porch awning.

Maximum number of people = 6

Any additional people will be charged as extras. We cannot accept additional vehicles. We do have a limited number of non-electric pitches suitable for this category. No concessions are available for this pitch.

Check in is between 2-7pm. Departure by 12 midday.

EXTRAS CLASSIFICATION (nightly rate)

Canopy and porch awnings are included in your nightly charge.

Caravans are permitted one standard sized car per booking and NO additional cars can be booked. (We do not have a car park)

Pup tents are classified as a small tent for storage or use of camping toilet. They are not to be slept in.

Extra persons within the pitch are charged at a nightly rate.

Dogs are free of charge, but limited to 3 dogs per pitch.

Bookings for one night stays may be liable to pay a single night surcharge.
