Booking Your Pitch Correctly – Campervans

Find here some useful information regarding your booking requirements.

We will choose the most suitable pitch for your requirements at the time of booking, and we use the information provided to pitch you correctly. If your requirements change before you arrive, you must let us know, as it may invalidate the pitch requirements. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct information regarding your vehicle and pitch requirements.

Extra’s must be declared at time of booking. Any extra’s not declared will be added upon arrival and may incur a fee.

All pitches are grassed, marked and some are gently sloping. We do not have any hardstanding pitches.

 

LARGE CAMPERVANS with EHU

A booking in this category is for a large campervan/converted vehicle of over 5.5m.

We often note that customers refer to their motorhomes as their ‘campers’ or ‘camper vans’. Please note that for the purpose of correct pitching, we will need to know if the vehicle is a motorhome, and the size.

The standard pitch price for this booking is for 2 people, electric hook-up, one camper van and one canopy/porch awning.

Maximum people per pitch = 6

Any additional people or vehicles will be charged as extras. We do have a limited number of non-electric pitches suitable for this category. No concessions are available for this pitch.

Check in is between 2-7pm. Departure by 12 midday.

Children and dogs are welcome but must be aware of our site guidelines before booking.

We request due to fire regulation laws, that you pitch to the left of the pitch as shown in the diagram at the bottom of this page.

 

SMALL CAMPER VAN UNDER 5.5M with EHU

A booking in this category is for  a small campervan under 5.5m such as a VW t5 or classic,

We often note that customers refer to their motorhomes as their ‘campers’ or ‘camper vans’. Please note that for the purpose of correct pitching, we will need to know if the vehicle is a motorhome, and the size.

Bookings in this category are classed as a ‘camping pitch’ so will be pitched into our camping area. These pitches may not be the ideal choice for family bookings.

EXTRAS CLASSIFICATION

Extras are charged per night.

Canopy and porch awnings are included in your nightly charge.

Any extra cars or trailers will need to be booked in.

Pup tents are classified as a small tent for storage or use of camping toilet. They are not to be slept in.

Extra persons within the pitch are charged at a nightly rate.

Dogs are free of charge, but limited to 3 dogs per pitch.

Bookings for one night stays may be liable to pay a single night surcharge.
